Just googled....looks like a rat. Have I got the wrong thing?

AgentZigzag · 15/08/2012 21:54

I want one!!! (even though I don't know what they are!!! Your enthusiasm is infectious!!!)

wanttomakeadifference · 15/08/2012 21:54

Eh? What is a skinnypig? Don't suppose you are paid to promote them piglet Grin?

AgentZigzag · 15/08/2012 22:18

I had to bloody google it myself Hmm

They're not my cup of tea

I was laughing at the link at the bottom for 'nude mouse' and wondered WTF?? But it's quite sad actually it's a laboratory mouse with a genetic strain that has an inhibited immune system.

RobinSparkles · 15/08/2012 22:20

I googled and got the website to an excercise class Confused.

AgentZigzag · 15/08/2012 22:22

Calling an exercise class that would be just insulting Robin Grin

RobinSparkles · 15/08/2012 22:23

Ah, found them!

They. Look. Weird.

It's sad that they look that way due to lab testing :( .

PicklesThePottyMouthedParrot · 15/08/2012 22:24

Eeeewwwww they are freaky!!

I'd rather have a mini pig.

pigletpower · 15/08/2012 22:29

Robin-the nude mouse is a result of genetic lab testing not the skinnypig.Maybe I just want to knit jumpers for them and little scarves...erm...

OP posts:
PinkChampagneandStrawberries · 15/08/2012 22:30

Yuck they kind of scare me

RobinSparkles · 15/08/2012 22:32

It says here that they were created for lab testing in the 70s.

RobinSparkles · 15/08/2012 22:34

Although it is the Sun news so it might be talking crap!

CrispyCod · 15/08/2012 22:36

The one in The Sun actually looks quite cute.

I still don't want one though!
