It keeps losing all the items from my basket. This has happened three times now, and I am giving up. I was buying lots of sale stuff as well, and have wasted loads of time. Gah.

(I know many of you think IABU for shopping on Boden anyway...)

i call them up. if stuffs out of stock on the website its sometimes still in stock when you call.

yeah, I agree with petsinmyolympicpudenda, (wow what a name). the johnlewis website is good if you're inclined towards boden. they have so much choice. you can just select (eg) dress/ mid length /capped sleeves/ v-neck and about 30 choices will come up.

In the sale the stock levels change continuously as items are sold and then returned. If you put something in your basket that they only have 1 in stock of, but before you pay for it someone else does, then it will disappear from your basket.

Moral of the story is if you like something buy it straight away, especially if it is marked as low stock. They certainly used to have a policy that if you placed more than 1 order in 24 hours they would refund postage costs after the first time so no need even to lose out on postage (check this is still the case though)
