There isn't a plan B.

Mainly because of all the external factors. It's a case of suck it up.

there isn"t even a workable plan A , THE RICH KEEP GETTING RICHER AND OLD BLACK JOE WELL, HE"S STILL PICKING COTTON !and that is quite simply that , in TIMES recently was mentioned that next round of "cuts" will make the last lot of "cuts" look positively wonderful/desirable !, and coming soon , and fuel increasing AGAIN !
