To think me/my DC are odd

I have two children, both of them were born at exactly 34 weeks, and they both weighed 4lb9.

Am I a bit of an oddity? I don't know anyone who's had this happen? One of the doctors joked that I should have put a bet on as I'd have made a fair bit of money haha.

Birthdays are in the same month.

I remember with DS2 going to the GP for my 38 week check up and he said "See you next week" and I said I didn't think I would.

I do wonder if some people just have a sort of natural time for their pg. Note - I am not planning on having loads more children just to check this theory Wink

My first four births were on the 7th of a month, dh wanted to put a bet on for the fifth one doing the same - good job he didn't as she arrived on the 24th. :D

DD1 40 + 5, 7lb 11oz and DD2, 40 + 5, 7lb 11oz! DD1 was short and chubby though and DD2 was long and lean so they looked totally different! I am also not planning to try this again lol

MY brother and I share the same birthday but we are two years apart, he was a week late, I was a day early, just glad we don't have the same birth times. Both of my mum's labours started naturally.

Both mine were born 40+3 by scan dates which was 40 exactly by my dates. There was 2lb weight difference though.

My kids both weighed the same. Dd was 3 days late and ds was 5 days early.
Like sponge they look totally different. Dd was very short and chubby, ds was very long and thin.

Both my DS were born On the 5th of The month, one 8lb3oz the other 8lb.

One of the younger members of my family was due on my birthday, but born very prematurely on my younger brother's birthday. Her own younger brother was due on my brother's birthday, but was also premature.

That week of the year is when Things Happen in my mum's side of the family: a few births and quite a lot of deaths.

I found out I was pregnant with my son on my youngest brothers birthday and he was due on my eldest brothers birthday, which means I got pregnant in the cycle that started on my birthday haha.

I forgot about that.

My daughter was supposed to be born 5 weeks after her cousin, but she came 6 weeks early and her cousin was 2 weeks over edd so daughter ended up eldest grandchild on both sides.

Mine were all different, and I say you ccan tell their characters by where they were born in relation to their due date. DD1, very clever and likes to please, she was born on her due date. DD2, quite the live wire, cannot sit still, busy, busy, busy, to much to get on with in life to stay in their past 37 weeks. DS, so laid back it is untrue, born 10 days late and then they had to drag him out of me. I had an EMCS, he did a back flip out of the surgeons hands and went back in to my stomach apparently. All different weights too, 8lbs 9, 8lbs 6 and 10lb 5!

DD was 5 days early, born at 5.55am, my labour was 5 hours long on the 15th, on my uncles 55th birthday. I think 5 is definitely her lucky number!

My dcs were both 9 days early dd weighed 6lb 14 and ds weighed 7lb we'll see how number 3 goes shall we?!

I had two boys, both last minute c-section both breech, and no one knew till I went in labor either time, both born right after 37 weeks (I forget how many days) and both weighted 6lbs 10oz. 5.5 years apart. Weird!

Both DS2 and DD were born exactly 55 minutes after I arrived at the labour suite.

DS1 born 1 week late weighed 8 15 and a half
DS2 born 6 days late weighed 8 15 and a half
DS3 born 5 days late weighing a bit less at 8 5 and a half.

Forgot to mention ds2's month and day are my month and day transposed.

My mum is also a 5 and ds1 "celebrates"
His half birthday on her actual birthday. His due date was 5 years to the day FIL died.

I have 3 Dc there is exactly 3y9months between each birth. First and second born on 27th, 3rd due on 27th born on the 2nd.

Oh and I went into labour with DS2 on my birthday but (luckily) he hung on to the next day.
(I share my birthday with my aunt. Her mother, my grandmother, died on the same day too).

My stepson was born the day both his maternal grandparents had died. Nice for my MIL that a sad date was made good.
