Sorry guys I know it's not really an AIBU but it's been YEARS since I was on the pill, it's my first month and I've lost the leaflet...do I take 7 whole days off and start taking it again on the 8th or take it again on the 7th day? Last pill was Friday so will next one be Saturday? The pill is Yasmin if that makes any difference!
