To want a working washing machine after 22 days!

My washing machine stopped working 22 days ago. I have a protection plan, and informed D&G. My washing machine should of been fixed last friday. It worked whilst the bloke was here but stoped working as soon as he left.

Called them back and was told that the bloke would call me back by 4 pm friday. No call back. I called them back and was told that some one would phone me back by 5pm. Yet again no call back, I called them and was told that nothing could be done as they were closing.

Called again on sat and was told that I could have a new machine and I would get a call with the details that day. No call.

CAlled again today to be told they had changed their minds and I am going to have to wait till thursday for someone one to come out.

So stressed by it all. I just want a washing machine.

Call the retailer, they should be able to help, especially if it's in warranty

Good luck, my Mum waited over 6 weeks to have hers fixed by them.

Had the same and found nothing worked to chivvy them along- however insist they send you the employed engineer not the franchise ones. Seemed to have better luck with the repair that way. I threatened to buy a new one and then invoice them. They were a bit 'whateva ' . Good luck.
