I probably am - but I've had a good look round and I can't find the best place to post this.
So please tell me which topic to bog off to with this thread so I can get some good advice - not intending it for AIBU 
3 boys - 17, 16, 11
None are interested in sport. Older ones will go to gym with OH if he tells them to. All will walk up mountains / go cycling if we go as a family. Eldest and youngest are overweight.
All would spent 24/7 in front of one screen or another if allowed.
Am having an 'OMG how did we let them get like this' day.
Periodically, I do try to get things into shape but am not consistent enough to make it 'stick' IYSWIM
Any ideas for a suitable place to post please?
