To ask how to fix my television?

Clever DD has just pressed a button on the Sky remote and the picture size has shrunk to half the size of the television, hence I can barely see all of those fit bodies in swimming trunks!

Can someone PLEASE offer a suggestion of how to fix it? I have pressed all of the buttons and can't work it out.

In the sky guide you could have a look in settings, the spanner symbol and mess with the picture format.

If that doesn't work she might have had the remote in tv mode and you need to press tv and find the settings on your actual tv set.

It does sound like TV mode to me.

You could always try unplugging everything for a few minutes.

Ring Sky, they'll fix it in a sec

Can u not just press the buttons til u find the right one?

On Sky remote:
Press TV button, then press PLAY button.

Keep pressing PLAY until the picture goes back to normal.

Then press the sky button.

AKZP was right. I managed to find it on the Sky faults forum.

Sorry for going awol. It was all those bodies in wide screen. How do they get so smooth? I have just managed to pull myself together again.
