To be this disorganised? Help!

I can be disorganised by being late and very occasionally forgetting something but it's more the house. It's like a mental block. It's messy and I get behind on washing, dishes, everything. I don't have a 'get it done now' mindset at all. I have been quite depressed recently and that doesn't help. I am jobless and stuck in the house most of the time so should have a spotless place but no.

:( Someone please wave a magic wand and help me!

Sorry - it's in the wash!

Depression is cruel - it saps all the energy out of you and robs you of your motivation. Are you getting any help for it? Do you find it helps if you go for a walk every day

Have you had a look at this thread?
It might have some suggestions, and support to help.

I am getting for anxieties chipping which I hope will help the depression too. I try to do workouts regularly which I do enjoy and helps a little. Not enough but it does help.

Hi Donki, thanks. Yes I have tried Flylady a few times. At least three or four. I manage to stick with it for a few weeks, sometimes not even and then it all goes down hill again. Maybe a final try?

It doesn't matter if you manage it for a few weeks and then fall off the wagon again... you can always climb back aboard when you feel up to it.

Thanks Donki. Maybe I should join the thread for the moral support?

Why not? :) You have nothing to lose by it. Any day you manage to do the housework with (or without) Flylady, is a little victory. If you don't manage one day, you can try again another.... I guarantee the mess will still be there, waiting for you to feel up to it! Grin (At least, mine always is)
