I aspire to be Margo Leadbetter. I've got rubber gloves and say "creck" when the Christmas crackers are pulled and everything.

Don't particularly want to live next door to a pig though. Or a goat.

I'd rather be Margot than Barbara. I'd much rather swan round in a headscarf and a maxi dress drinking cocktails, than swill out pigs and live on the breadline.

SoleSource · 08/07/2012 11:27

I think we all just watched the same episode Grin As a child I was rather impressed at her height. Nice to see a tall woman on the telly. I was always the tallest girl at school.

Yes, a lot of people wanted to be Barbara but I think Margot is much better.

WorraLiberty · 08/07/2012 11:28

I think they pretend to be like Margo but really they're more like....

This Wink

Fireandashes · 08/07/2012 11:28

I think you were right first time OP, her name is usually spelled without the 't'.

SoleSource · 08/07/2012 11:29

FushiaFernica · 08/07/2012 11:34

Yes I have imagined that myself, it is a good thing! I'd also like to encounter a few Wendy Craig's character in Butterflies here.

MeconiumHappens · 08/07/2012 11:39

Sparklingbrook · 08/07/2012 11:39
