Its past midnight and my neighbours are being as noisey as hell with all their friends round. I dont think they can talk or laugh any louder than they have been! The flats we live in are terrible for noise travelling through to other flats, i can literally hear every word they are saying! They are a bunch of inconsiderate pricks, i hate them!!
