Diagnosed with bi polar 3months ago. Now out of hospital. Been very insecure/wobbly since.

DD (11months) has kept her routine o going to childminder from 9-5pm as when I was a SAHM I got depressed and ended up in hospital

I'm having a theraputic phased return at work

AIBU to expect to want to be a great mum and a great teacher? I'm so impatient for life to go back to what it was like.

I know I should post on mental health but there aren't many replies.

Sounds like you are doing really well!!

Don't you have the long summer hols ahead now if you teach?

cheekypickle · 05/07/2012 09:20

I have got the summer hols but to be honest I'm dreading them! I hate being alone! I get quite anxious. Thought about doing some volunteering

I'll have DD for first 2 weeks and very monday afternoon (and whenever I feel I can cope) after that

I think you might be better to go and see a very experienced therapist, once per week for one hour.
