To be fed up of being skint

Im fed up of not being able to afford to treat myself and having to be really careful with money. To make it more annoying is that hubby is always saying we r skint we need to be careful and then will just go out and buy whatever he wants! When I point this out to him he doesn't get my point and says I'm nagging!

Nope and I'm a pushover so he ALWYS gets his own way :-(

You need to work out a budget with him, which includes an 'allowance' for both of you. That way you both have money to spend on treats and it's fair for both of you.

I am just fed up being skint full stop,it's so bad I got my form in today for help with health costs for this year and you need to be skint to get that.Buy something for your self and tell him it's a new hobby.

Separate accounts and hide your purchases! If he says, 'that's new!!' - reply, 'oh, that old thing??' works for me anyhow

I do share your pain btw and i do resent having to lie / hide things especially as I work a lot harder/ longer hours

Perhaps that's something you need to address then.
