The Hairy Cornflake.....? it's a wonder she didn't go insane.

CogitoErgoSometimes · 19/06/2012 16:31

Will she be slipping a dainty 'whack-whack-oops' into her next speech?

Is that the Burmese lady ?

MrsTerryPratchett · 19/06/2012 17:42

I can't stand her. Everyone else had a Mandela Bar at University. We had a bloody Aung San Suu Kyi Bar. Could never manage to meet anyone because no one could pronounce it.

Seriously, she is awesome but her bloody name is hard.

Did anyone read the interview with DLT in the Sunday Times? He kept groping the female journalist. It was really horrible.

Massive respect to Aung San Suu Kyi.

Massive respect to Aung San Suu Kyi.

Also, she is very beautiful.

Read the interview by Camilla Long and he sounded an objectionable perv.Never was a big fan of his radio show way back when. But if he helped that amazing woman through her ordeal that's something I guess.

For having been photographed sitting next to St Bonio?

yellowraincoat · 19/06/2012 22:14

Yes, izzyizin, that's why she's a saint.

We had a Mandela Bar, it sold burgers called Big Nelsons...
