to pop DS's nasal abscess?

It's not huge but has a bright green head on it. He's on ABs and they're clearly working as its not as livid or swollen.
If he sneezed hard it'd go. Just a gentle touch and...

Bagof, I hope you realise how bloody lucky you are on the abscess front!

Take a picture, wait for him to sleep, then do a stealthy squeeze. If he wakes, claim he was having a nightmare, and you are there to comfort him.
Deny all knowledge of squeezage.

I had a nasal abscess in 1979, whilst on a caravan holiday in Northumberland. My parents held me down to squeeze out the pus which was not nice. Leave the poor lad alone.

Well two things happened. Firstly my mum caught me trying to get a good photo and called me some names. And secondly, it blew anyway! He has a rotten cold and wiped his hand across his nose and bam, there it was, like a glorious marrowfat pea. I cleaned it up and it oozed stuff that was more like snot than pus.
The poor sausage is under the weather and this looks sore but it's miles better than yesterday when he looked like he had a chimp's lip.
I think it'll fill again.

My abscess was worse - it was inside my nose. And my face puffed up so much I couldn't see.

Not a good one, just one of him looking like he's got a snout, not a nose. But I googled one that's exactly like it.
