holmesgirl · 14/06/2012 22:40

Kitty, it's an ad for a new release horror film. Looks terrifying!

I covered my eyes after the first time. I don't want to turn over because I am enjoying Big Brother Blush

Holmes, thank you. I used to love a big scare but I've turned pussy in my old age. Pussy kitty! I don't think breastfeeding in the dark in the middle of the night in a Victorian house helps! Is bb still going? Thought they'd stopped that.

susiedaisy · 14/06/2012 22:51

Now is this the advert where the women is Skyping the little girl on a laptop and the little girl says 'who Is that behind you?' and the women swings round to find there's noone there! Because that scares the shittttt out of me!!

kittyandthefontanelles · 14/06/2012 22:56

Yeah thanks Susie! That was unnecessary! This is the first thread I will have hidden!

holmesgirl · 14/06/2012 22:56

Yes Susie, that's the one! Bloody terrifying isn't it! Yes Kitty, BB now on channel 5. I got sucked in this year.

kittyandthefontanelles · 14/06/2012 23:00

Oh channel 5 have picked it up. Do they still block out 70% of dialogue with tweeting birds?

susiedaisy · 14/06/2012 23:00

Sorry opGrin

How do people sit through these films? Paranormal stuff is utterly terrifying with zombies coming in a close second!!

PissyDust · 14/06/2012 23:02

I love scary films and BB bt have sky+ so have zipped through the adverts Smile

holmesgirl · 14/06/2012 23:04

Kitty, there's no more live streaming so no more birds :) Susie, I don't mind the zombies so much, but the paranormal stuff is another matter!

OOh, I've seen The Pact tis scary Grin

kittyandthefontanelles · 14/06/2012 23:15

Yis is all buggers. I've just had to go downstairs ON MY OWN to lock the front door. Just remembered I was last in and didn't do it. Husband asleep, wind howling outside, knees knocking. You've shat me up I tell thee!

bronze · 14/06/2012 23:17

I hate that you can be watching something fairly innocent but because it's on after 9 they put in scary trailers. Wish they would match ads to the program you're watching

holmesgirl · 14/06/2012 23:25

Yeah, Bronze, agreed. I was working in Edinburgh a couple of years ago - was in a hotel room alone one night watching TV, and this hideous trailer came on where this girl jumped up to the ceiling and quickly crawled across it! Urgh. I spent the rest of the night with the light on - mostly awake!

Btw, sorry Kitty :o

holmesgirl · 14/06/2012 23:28

Miss KL, is it as scary as Paranormal Activity?

There is no way I am going to see it. I used to love horror films but am becoming such a wuss in my old age!

OP posts:
MissKeithLemon · 15/06/2012 21:53

Haven't seen Paranormal Activity sorry Holmes - i am getting braver in my old age I think or finally old enough to know its only a story

Pact was not too bad for me Grin I had a lot of questions at the end though Hmm
