To be annoyed about Named Day Delivery

In that I named tomorrow, when I'm in all day, and they have delivered today?

I paid 1.50 extra and it's annoying me ? but then is it worth getting het up about perhaps I should just chalk it up to experience.

Hopefully when youngest starts nursery I can just go in store and avoid home delivery all together.

It seems petty to complain about 1.50 but I'm still annoyed as I did pay it.

I'd send an email. If they've got the nerve to charge you for a service they didn't provide, you should get your money back.

Thanks Grin- I will.

If nothing else I'll feel better.

But you were in, got it a day earlier so what's to complain about!!????

PandaWatch · 07/06/2012 14:33

Because she paid for a service she didn't get!

I appreciate that I may be unusually quick to fire off complaints emails because I sit at a computer all day Grin

That's annoying.

I'd complain - after all, if tomorrow was the named day, it's only chance that you were in today to accept delivery. And you have paid extra for something you didn't get.

I'd also be wondering whether they'd have bothered delivering tomorrow if you'd been out today, given that they're ignoring the named day delivery.
