yes, some people are. I think if you are getting really upset about trivial things and in particular brooding on them for days/weeks/months, then it's normally because something else is going on in your life that's upsetting/worrying you and things that otherwise wouldn't bother you at all, you interpret in a different way and get upset about.

its worth getting upset. my feelings are so precious to me.

well, I posted on Aibu so that I could find out what "normal" people think about things, instead of trusting to my own bonkers mind, but.....
