I've been so stressed this week, premenstrual (now menstrual), horrible mother, bad boss, genereally vile. I gave in and bought myself a bottle of nice red wine. I wouldn't normally on a school night but it's going down so nicely and I'm NOT going to feel guilty about it. Roll on a week's annual leave. :)

I've just made jubilee cakes for ds's class whilst enforcing homework, entertaining puppy and toddler.

The housework may go forth and fuck itself

I've given up on the ironing because it's too hot but can't have a drink as need to collect ds(17) at 10.45 from his friend's where no doubt he will be knocking back cans of Stella. these post AS celebrations seem to be going on a bit

I'm bleaching the sink in a hands-off style though. Only because I'm paranoid that it whiffs. Does that break the housework pact?

On a course last night. The urn ran out of water so no tea. Was driving so no alcohol and had to go to Tesco Express at 10.30pm to get stuff for lunch boxes. (Managed to buy a bottle of white too so defo joining in tonight) :)
