Ive recently stopped taking citalopram, and it has left me very confused. I thought i was going away on holiday next friday, but turns out its the friday after . I was so excited!

At least it wasn't last Friday

My mum always says that half of the enjoyment of going on holiday is the looking forward to it! With that lodgic you have one further week of "looking forward" to enjoy!

Oh I remember coming of citalapram it's not fun. Atleast this way you have an extra week to get through the withdrawal symptoms.

I take it you've cut down, and down, and not just stopped taking it?

Be kind to yourself, it's tough handling real life without that crutch.

And listen to what the others are saying - one more week to look forward to your holiday. Have a great time.

Look at it another way, you've got an extra week before the stress of packing.

I feel like crying because I'm packing for a Camping trip and panicking about stuff I've forgotten. The weather is going to be shit and I don't know how all the stuff will get in the car!

If your holiday is in this country op, be thankful you aren't going anytime soon, it's thermals weather next week.

Erm i was a bit silly Alberto and just stopped taking them. Regret it now, but i have learnt my lesson for the future. I have had my wrist slapped a few times about it.

I stopped taking them after a week. They gave me the most awful nightmares. Made me depressed!

I was alright on them, but they gave me a funny tummy. I stopped them to see if i was 'cured' the jury is still out on that!

Gentle tap on the wrist for you for going cold turkey. I used to take mine at bedtime so I didn't notice the side effects

Aw puds cold turkey ain't much fun. But it's done now.

I got the date wrong and we missed a trip to the isle of wight once It was only a weekend but I booked the wrong night in the hotel, booked the week before accidentally, and only noticed the day we were due to go so too late to rebook!
