I love MNet.

I hate this deletions crap - I can see both sides of the issue (I agree that MNet have a point in some cases, but that the goalposts have shifted slightly IMO)

But, it seems that lovely threads are being derailed, and then deleted due to one or two posters who, rather than hiding the thread, feel compelled to comment and a bun fight kicks off due to personal attacks - that MNet quite rightly judged broke their rules (again I can see both sides)

So I'm going to hide Chat and AIBU for a bit - but AIBU?!

I have no idea because I do not understand what 'deletion-gate' is?

I can't say I have noticed anymore deletions than normal

I get the feeling that lots of MN Royalty are getting more than a tad fed up and may well leave (at least for a while).
