To feel a bit pissed off that.....

today we had our trade association conference. All the ladies on the board looked very nice and were dressed up in their finest attire. One male member was designated photographer. Wen an insurance rep with her tits hanging out turned up he organised all the male members to have photograph with her - which they were tongue hanging out enthusiastic about and we didn't get a group photo at all.

YANBU in my opinion. It sounds terribly unprofessional, horribly sexist and downright puerile!

Seriously though, that's bloody awful! I work in what's historically seen as a male dominated environment, although isn't now. That just would not be countenanced at all. A few of you need to express your unhappiness to the leader of your trade assciation, who is, I, presume, elected.

I'm sure they take the view it is just a bit of fun, they are all like this, tbh, no real humour and lots of innnuendo, don't think I'll bother to stand for the board again.
