all of the above have sent me into blood-boiling rages, my DH getting pretty pissed with me.

Try ear plugs and blackout specs.

I'm pretty oblivious to most of those but when DH makes mouth noises when he eats - slurp, chomp, saliva, chew, audible swallow I have to walk out the room. Of your list, possibly the pen clicking and the leg shaking might annoy me a little but not enough to use violence.

No just liquid. It's like he gets a big mouthful of the stuff and then kind of swills it around his mouth but gnashes his teeth at the same time. It's make me twitchy just thinking about it!

My exH used to chew ice cream and not the thick luxury one with bits in I mean bog standard supermarket soft scoop, used to piss me right off!!
