Ok,it's my bday in a few weeks & dh has said i can have an iPad if i want,had a look round & found JL to offer the best deal as they come with a free 2 yr guarantee.
Rung round all our local stores,none in stock of the one i want,been checking online for a few days & this morning they had 2 in stock,placed 1 in my basket & went through the payment page etc,then it comes up with order placed & you will have delivery Friday 27th.
Great i thought,but no,i come home from work & i have still not had an email confirming my order,so i rung them up to be told,oh no,the system must have had a glitch so you havent placed an order at all.
I explained that it came up on the webpage that i could expect delivery Fri & if i hadnt have rung i would have waited in all bloody day.
He went on to say they are expecting a delivery next week but they cant guarantee that everyone who has already placed an order like me will get one as there is no list as such.
I know it's not the end of the world but i am bloody annoyed because i am no wiser,JL customer service was pants today.
I'm sorry for being a right grumpy cow & i know i sound spoilt so i apologise.
