tax credits help

does anyone have or know anyone who has a spare form for 2011/12
i am in a desperate situation been waiting for one from them for last 2weeks still no sign and now can take another 2weeks to arrive

please please help

Could you apply on line if you can't get a spare?

They dont seem to do them online ive had a look all they can do it via post second class!!
Be good if it was on line or you can drive to local tax office its so strict

Just apply online or over the phone.

I have one PM me and I will send it to you

Call the Tax Credit Helpline give it a day to arrive and then call again if it doesn't. Repeat.

Hi cogtio i have rung every day so far and they keep fobbing me off!
Wannabe has got one so fingers crossed all will be ok

Have they told you it's been sent out? If so ring up and just say you want to claim online. They'll ask you if you've received so just say yes. They don't do claims over the phone if you say you haven't received the form. But if they've sent it then who's to know if you've got it or not

Thank you tried but it just says you need to call up to request a claim form they send them out second class which they est to take upto 2 weeks ive been waiting over that and been ringing every day
