To expect this amount for two storey wooden house!

i had a wooden playhouse built for my daughter 2 years ago. It's a two storey one with double garage doors giving a 6x5 'bedroom above it

It cost £1400 and is solid and in excellent condition

We want to build a wooden workshop for the kids hobby with any money the sale raises and I ess hoping to get £500

I have seen some go on eBay for £250 but much smaller and older. Ours is 10th x 6ft

What do you think? £500 to ambitious?!

Sounds about right to me - but times they is 'ard at moment, but maybe you will be lucky and someone will come alone with loadsa dosh and think it a bargain.

I guess but I suppose if someone was thinking of buying one anyway it would save them £££

No. The playhouse is 10th wide and the workshop I'd going to be 25ft wide.
