Hating the weather!

AIBU to want to put away my boots and start wearing sandals and pretty shoes?

I would like to put my brolly away. We keep getting half an hour of sunshine then half an hour of torrential rain. YANBU.

I'm loving the excuse for not having to mow the lawn

Anyone had hail? We had some on Tuesday and it settled and everything went white for a bit. Thunder and lightening yesterday complete with power cut.

We had thunder, lightning and hail yesterday, and I was meant to be going to Whipsnade Zoo as a birthday treat :(

had hail on wednesday and dd said it was Hailing (is that a word) when she was driving home from college on thursday ,thunder storms expected today

I'd like to wear a summer dress rather than jeans!! An so fed up!!! Am so not enjoying this drought!!!

Its been droughting cats and dogs where I live!!

Sparkling Cat is less than impressed. She went to go out of the back door and saw it was raining. So asked to be let out of the front door, only to find it was raining there too.

it was lovely and sunny here this morning..... until my washing was just about dry then sunny again 10 mins after I brought it in

YANBU it is rubbish! Sunglasses on one minute, running away from hailstones the next!

On an optimistic note, this is how April weather should be so maybe, just maybe our summer will be what it should be??
