2-in-1's..Don't understand them

I should be working but I'm bored. I should be thinking about work stuff but for some reason I can't stop thinking about 2 in 1 shampoos/conditioners..sad I know..

Thing is..I just don't 'get' them.. I personally don't use as much conditioner as I do shampoo as my hair will get greasy to quickly.

How do you know that the squirt of liquid in your hand containes the right amount of shampoo/conditioner for your folicle needs?

I don't even use 2 in 1 so not sure why my brain is even thinking about it.. but if I did...would I be unreasonable in thinking it might be for those of us who are to impatient to use one after the other?

i dont 'get' 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner... isnt it like taking a bath with your overcoat on?

I assumed that they were mainly for blokes who can't be bothered to do 2 washes or busy people who are short of time/use the gym etc

My dh use's 2in1.

They´re great for a teenage daughter who´s convinced that her hair needs conditioner but would spend too long in the shower doing both separately.

I used to distrust them because taking grease out and putting moisture in are two separate processes.

Now I am completely unconvinced that moisture can be put into hair or skin anyway and view them as a silkier shampoo.

Everyone used to use them when I was a teenager. DH uses 2 in 1, it works for him but I need to use lots of proper conditioner as my hair is very dry. I only use a tiny bit of shampoo.

Bugger the Higgs boson, this actually matters. I await resolution. Breathlessly even.
