He is obnoxious, he has no manners at all, he is selfish and a total bad example to kids! There ive said it. Potential was there to be a good show but cbbies have missed the mark. Whilst im at it i dont like octonauts either...but thats because both of my tvs happened to blow up whilst it was on the precision meteorolgy irks me.. 3 minutes until the storm captain... As if! Ha

I hate the stereotyping of the male being the main character and the female having a quirky role subordinate to his. Just reinforces the message that boys do outgoing things and girls defer to them.

So no YANBU. (Although I personally find the dragons quite cute.)

My dd likes it. It's a cartoon and entertains her for 5 minutes. Job done.

Ah yes stripy DS likes it to sadly we've even made our own shield... Its just the lack of manners i find totally unnecessary, glad im not the only one aha!
