That the cutty Sark is re opening this month?
I visited it as a child and adult and was always in awe of it and I was so upset when it was ruined. Now it going to open again and I can take my children to see it!
Now all I have to do is get legoland to go away and restore Windsor safari park and I'll he super happy!

I loved the Cutty Sark, it was DS1's favourite place to visit.

But I'm not sure if I want to visit when it re-opens because it won't be 'real' if you see what I mean.

I remember going there on a school trip in the 70's, it was brilliant! I will enjoy taking DD. YANBU!

yeah worra, it will not be the same which is sad.
i just remember it was HUGE. and i lived in a 12 storey tower block, but some home this ship seemed even bigger.
