In wanting to keep YCNBS as a MN acronym?

Ok, I am as opposed to the creeping americanisation of everything as the next person however YCNBS would be very useful for those occasions when you want to indicate complete and utter disbelief (no naice ham left in Waitrose?) and a simply will not do.
