When I was reading through the messages earlier and glanced up and saw 'Momsnet', my first thought was that the site had been hacked! I quickly logged off, then back on again!
I thought some spotty fourteen year old had accessed the site and while not able to skim our credit card details, was making notes about everything else we were up to!
Not sure that the namechange was necessary...the Americans (and the Canadians here) love anything British. I often get asked to translate expressions they have heard on Coronation Street - eg 'What is Betty's Hotpot?' (We are waaay behind you on the Soaps!)
