Be polite and give up their seats for the elderly. I watch on a daily basis the rudeness of commuters, and I hate the foul language from the teens.

i will give up for elerly and disabled. I am too scared to give up a 'pregnant women' incase they are not pregnant ( happened a few time too me)

The giving up the seats bits is new, but the rest is just reaffirmation of existing T&Cs for free travel.

I'd like to see more people giving up seats to those who look as if they might be in greater need. It's a laudable aim, though I doubt it I'll be an enforceable policy.

BareBums the elderly can be just as rude as younger people. Age is no excuse.
