Cherrypie
Greggs sausage rolls are made and frozen raw and then baked from frozen in the shop. I don't think there is anything wrong with that - freezing is a perfectly legitimate method of food preservation.
The ingredients in Greggs sausage rolls might not be the best, but newly baked pastry is much nicer than that in chilled supermarket products.
I can't see how the new rules will work - when does a sausage roll stop being hot? They come out of the oven hot and some are sold while still warm, but some might have cooled to room temperature - they will probably still have vat on them, which is a little unfair
