To take dd out when she has quite bad conjunctivitis?

She is climbing the walls with boredom in fact I am too. At the end of our road is some woodland and I'm thinking if I get her wrapped up she'll be fine to go for a walk. Dh, however, thinks I should keep her in the warm indoors.

Please tell me I can go out.

If it's fairly isolated woodland then I'd go without a second thought. Or leave her at home with dh and go for a lovely couple of hours by yourself if he's that bothered. Otherwise it's not really his call is it?

I'd take her out once she wasn't around other kids and keep an eye on her that she doesn't rub her eyes with dirty hands. A not of fresh air would do her the world of good.

Woodland is ok but please keep her away from other children! Conjunctivitis is VERY contagious and potentially dangerous.
