DD does a dance class and was in a show recently. She did one dance including a little bit with just a few dancers. We had the opportunity to purchase a DVD. I was really pleased about this as my family were unable to attend the show. i have just had the opportunity to play said DVD.
My dd is barely in it. She is even out of shot when she is one of 3 girls dancing.
AIBU to be really pissed off about this. I am sure there are going to be lots of disgruntled parents as I am sure my dd isn't the only one affected.
The DVD cost the best part of £15 so it wasn't cheap.

YANBU at all. If you're paying that amount for it then it should be shot by someone who knows what they're doing and it should include every child as much as possible. I would complain to the dance teacher if I were you, perhaps she'll think twice about hiring whatever numpty shot this show.
