I have ordered OU material for my course from course providers. I have had some problems with the customer service, not sending out my material on time, not debiting my acccount within a reasonable time. I sent them an email yesterday about new the books and the woman said she would get back to me yesterday, "by the close of business". Waited and waited, called today, she was busy. Left my contact details with reception, double checked my number. Waited again for 2 hours, and have had to call them again! It really takes the biscuit!! AIBU to get annoyed at them for having to chase them or is this the level of service ppl recieve?
