Sorry you feel blue :(

Does this happen often?

WillowFae · 03/03/2012 16:37

No, YANBU. That happens to me sometimes :(

Could it be your period perhaps, are you due on in the next 7-10 days?

Do you feel better as the day goes on?

Sometimes, if there's lots of grey cloud or rain I feel like this.

My period does this to me, and because it's irregular I hardly ever notice it's that until it's, well, obvious.

YANBU I feel quite moody in the last 3 days, period blues :(

Get outside and go for a walk (prob bit late now so tomorrow if you get chance) you will feel better after some fresh air. Failing that bath and early night?

I get this if it's a winning combination of PMT and a prolonged period of lack of sleep (I think - correlation is yet to be fully confirmed). I actually went to my GP in January weeping and asking for ADs - bless him, he gave me a week's course of sleeping tablets instead and I felt sooooo much better.

It doesn't have to be much less sleep for me - I keep waking up about 45 mins early most mornings and I'm feeling really irritable, down, unable to cope with the small stuff, I'm more clumsy? I know I just need some decent sleep but of course the more I think about it, the more elusive it seems!
