daughter grieving

My daughter lost her best friend to cancer 2 years ago, when they were both 21. She was also like a daughter to me, not a day goes by without me thinking of her. My daughter recently got pregnant very unexpectantly, her boyfriend is such a lovely guy. my daughter however is pushing him away and mourning for the loss of her friend more than ever. of course I understand how much she misses her, but don't know how to help. Although it is a new relationship with her boyfriend, they are so well suited and seemed so in love, but as soon as she got pregnant she changed. How do i help her? I am worried she is so stuck in her grieving processs and while I totally understand, I just want to help her see her future, which I think she feels almost too guilty to undertake.
