I'm going to go against the grain of the thread..... YABVVU to use a sunbed, but you would also BU to spray tan.
Sunbeds are much riskier then sun exposure, so NO.
However, the whole range of products designed for tanning and sunscreens too, are full, absolutely full, of nasty chemicals, DHA, the dye used in all of them, is dangerous stuff.... worse if the mist is breathed in (very difficult to avoid unless you plan to stop breathing for the whole time you are being sprayed!), the Parabens in tanning products and sunscreens a also toxic, cancer-causing, those are just 2 of the many nasties in these products......
Stay pale - or get out and get some safe sun exposure in the garden - people who have regular sun exposure (without burning), ie outdoor workers, have lower risks of many cancers (including Melanoma), than people who get NO sun exposure, and a lower risk of a whole host of other medical conditions - because they have plenty of vitamin D.
Burning is bad. Gradual sun exposure is good.
'Sleb style fake orange looks awful anyway - I'm sticking to pale and interesting in the winter, lightly, naturally, tanned the rest of the year.
