I have learnt i think, so those of you who dont know who i am please ignore me, but this is an update for those who do

  1. My divorce is now petitioned, signed and about to go back to solicitor, i am petitioning, his was merely a threat and have heard no more
  2. I am going to mediation, this he had to ask for to be able to get legal aid to go to court,
3, Much to your beliefs, i have listened, i did put an ad for housing on gumtree and someone contacted me back in one of my desired locations. I am seeing the place next week one evening!

Just getting sorted. They will take all what was discussed before

can you link to the original thread OP?

MyLittleMiracle · 26/02/2012 08:07

Sorry, trying to get the original threads deleted, seems i have been a little too open and honest about my situation and as a result i could easily be identified! Hence i just wanted those who knew the situation and had sort of given me advice to know what becomes of me! I know how i always want to know the out come!

Can't remember your original story but well done you sounds like you're making great strides forwards.

Good luck!

Minstrelsaremarvellous · 26/02/2012 09:04

Don't know original thread but sounds like you're making hugely positive steps. Well done, keep making them Smile

I know bits about you from other threads. Good luck on the housing side of things. My friend did that with gumtree and got a really good landlord who was absolutely brilliant, fingers crossed you do too. Be carefull though and dont give any money upfront without seeing the place first. Im just saying that as Ive heard about a scam where people post about looking for places to live and they get a PM from someone saying they have this great place at a great price, but due to other potential letters letting them down they need money before any viewings take place. Im sure you can guess the rest. These places they say they have are usually really cheap in comparison to others in the same area.

Anyway just a warning, be sensible and you'll be fine. Good luck with everything.

duckdodgers · 26/02/2012 09:18

Good luck OP, Im not sure if Im getting you mixed up with someone else - are you pregnant?

gamerwidow · 26/02/2012 10:00

I've seen your other posts OP so well done for taking such positive steps forward.

MyLittleMiracle · 26/02/2012 10:15

I'm not pregnant, just have a little one! Thanks for the advice about the scam 2ombie5layer, they dont want any money up front and sounded really unsure about how it all works actually, i spoke to the woman first and she explained the circumstances and passed me over to her partner whose house it is. I am taking a family friend with me for support and so i dont feel as vunerable!

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, and moaned at me when being stupid/reckeless!
