limitedperiodonly spill! what office goss to you have on her?

CreepyWeeBrackets · 23/02/2012 13:55

"I expect it is only the thought of Sophie, the 29 year old French housekeeper, that keeps Poor Keith going"

www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2095140/Would-YOU-snoop-husbands-email-SHONA-SIBARY-explains-does-long-susses-password.html

Are there no details of her life that this woman is not ashamed to make public?

I'm surprised Poor Keith hasn't left her.

elizadoulalittle · 23/02/2012 13:57

Ahh poor things, they are living in a four bed, £2k a month house and all 4 dcs go to private school. Hmm Pah get real.

EauDeLaPoisson · 23/02/2012 13:57

I'll say exactly the same as what I said to the woman complaining she was only offered a flat by the council (a flaaaatt- wtaf, how very dare they expect me to live in a flat???) be grateful you have got somewhere suitable to live. You dont 'need' a croquet lawn or dance studio for little Dolly, get over it and stop being so entitled

scrappydappydoo · 23/02/2012 13:57

So she hired a parenting guru to help sort out her unruly children whislt at the same time arguing that sending her dds to private school means they have better manners???

limitedperiodonly · 23/02/2012 13:57

There is no gossip to know elporto. She's been spilling her guts in centrespread for the last 10 or 12 years.

I can exclusively reveal that she was regarded as a loon but you might have worked that out.

boschy · 23/02/2012 13:58

I am beginning to think that Poor Keith is a figment of her imagination. Surely he would have run away with Sophie the 29 year old French Housekeeper by now if he really existed?

limitedperiodonly · 23/02/2012 13:58

I'm surprised Poor Keith hasn't left her.

Would you risk that woman getting custody of your children?

AbsofCroissant · 23/02/2012 13:59

Maybe the next MN campaign could be to save Keith. He needs it.

KeepingAwayFromTheJoneses · 23/02/2012 13:59

I've just read the being-filmed-in-childbirth article and it turns out that Poor Keith did leave her, the week before she found out she was pregnant. POOR KEITH!

aquashiv · 23/02/2012 14:00

SHe is a DMail stooge. Its terrible how families are loosing their homes due to real financial hardhsip. There are so many financial inaccuracies with her 'story'. Why am I responding though its the bloody Mail

mrsruffallo · 23/02/2012 14:02

A Save Poor Keith campaign seems well overdue.

Ah the entitled complacancy of the middle classes.

Brought up in a comfortable world and assumed they would continue to live the same way.
But oh, what's this? House prices gone stratospheric. Cost of living through the roof. School fees hugely higher than when they were children. Tertiary education no longer free.

Ah well never mind. They deserve all these things regardless. They grew up assuming they would have all these things.

Oh and what's this? They took a job in the media. No doubt they just wanted to be happy. They looked down their noses at all those fat cats and wanted an interesting job.

Oh the world has turned on its head hasn't it?

HexagonalQueenOfTheSummer · 23/02/2012 14:02

I feel sorry for her live-in housekeeper being given the job of picking up the dog shit from the lawn!

hackmum · 23/02/2012 14:04

Assuming what she says is true - and we do know that on past form she will write anything for money - she and her husband have been incredibly stupid. They overstretched themselves financially by paying something like £450k for their house in 2002, when they were both in their 30s. They then remortgaged to pay for improvements. And at the same time they have four children being privately educated, which I guess must cost £40k or more a year. That's a hell of a lot of outgoings.

They were simply foolish. There was no need to overstretch themselves like that. If she feels that strongly about private schools, then fine, but for heaven's sake, make do with a smaller house.

But one thing really confused me. They sold their house not because they were earning less money or one of them had been made redundant, but because house prices were falling. That seemed odd. If they intended to stay in the house for ever, then surely it didn't matter what the value of the house was? The money they owed on it would have remained the same. I can only assume that they anticipated a decline in income and therefore wanted to sell the house before prices fell too much.

seeker · 23/02/2012 14:04

My heart bleeds for her- not. But not over the school fees. Over the sense of entitlement, the need ing 5 bedrooms, the ghastliness of rented accommodation, the Aldi shopping........pah!5

limitedperiodonly · 23/02/2012 14:08

I've read it now and I'm laughing so hard the tears are running down my legs.

PostBellumBugsy · 23/02/2012 14:14

Surely this is a piss take? She cannot be for real! If DM readers sympathise with this wretched individual, then they all need shooting more urgently than I thought!!!!!!

Catz · 23/02/2012 14:15

Ah but little Monty is a boy and therefore doesn't need a private education. But she's a fair woman. The girls get the education and Monty gets a greater share of the maternal love so there's no need for any sibling rivalry there then...

Lovecat · 23/02/2012 14:18

Oh Dear God...

"A week before Florence was born he turned up at my door bearing a papaya and a piece of lime."

Not even a whole lime? And a papaya too? Had he just staggered out of Trader Vics with half a mai tai or something?

I feel for her children when they grow old enough to read this tripe and realise that their parents are only together because of them, can't manage money & are crashing snobs (and didn't give a crap about their son's education 'he knows no better')

CrunchyFrog · 23/02/2012 14:19

That article made me feel rather nauseous, catz

All kinds of wrong.

paulapantsdown · 23/02/2012 14:20

Someone should introduce her to Liz Jones - I bet they would get on well. Pair of loons.

mrsruffallo · 23/02/2012 14:26

PMSL Lovecat

I wonder what they did with the labrador
