Tesco uturn over forced labour

Seen on the news tesco now plan to do paid training.

Is this the right thing to do, or should they just pay people the normal wage

It's the right thing to do - who wants to work for free??

Too many young people are working for free at the moment - it makes my blood boil as employers are exploiting many of them. Fair enough, they may need some work experience for their CV but 6 months unpaid - just wrong
