Serve him right. Idiot is trying to privatise the NHS - and is spending billions of pounds tearing down one lot of organisations, only to replace them with even more bureaucracy. Except the new bureaucracy will involve giving lots more money to private companies like McKinsey's, who dreamed the whole thing up in the first place, and just happen to have ever-so-coincidentally won the contract to run NHS 'commissioning' in London...

(Although to be fair the Lib Dems are just as responsible - love the way they are playing at being the ones to hold the Tories back, when it was their desire to hand over control of the NHS to their strongholds in local government that is at the heart of these cruddy 'reforms'.)
