that after 2 days waiting at home, City Link have not picked up a parcel....
DD and me are both going mad....can't even take the dog for a walk.......grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Now I need to try and get a refund so I can send it by another courier. NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!!!

Now they are telling me I wasn't in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YANBU!!! I too had to wait in all day for a parcel yesterday! They really need a better system. Infuriating! Sympathies to you x2! I would put in a complaint as well if i were you, along the lines of "i stayed in all day, missed (insert event/appointment)..."

Sorry, that sounded sarcastic. I meant it! The number of times they have lied to me about knocking on the door and there was no one there, when they are supposed to be delivering to our business and I have waited in the office for them all day, and they haven't been anywhere near us......

So much fury around today! Its just a parcel, no need to give yourself an aneurysm and steal all the !!

Its not just a parcel though android. It's the waiting in all day (if not two) when you could be doing a million other things, and them then lying to you to say they came and you weren't in.

Sometimes I use couriers for my business, and so if a parcel doesnt get collected, I then have to explain to a customer why their delivery hasn't arrived, and even if they believe the reason, it still doesnt make your business look very good.

I get medical supplies delivered by citylink a little man with a van used to deliver , anyhoo they dont even knock my door just leave the box and go , I have complained but fallen on deaf ears ,

I'm trying to get my money back. Thanks- I've calmed down now- it was the suggestion that I was lying when I said I had not left the house for 2 days that made my blood boil!!!!!!

Our postman is equally shite. He never knocks for a parcel delivery. He posts a card and buggers off. It's bloody annoying! I then have to traipse down to the sorting office to pick it up.
