Sorry if this should be somewhere else please tell me
Am I being unreasonable to ask you all to help me get something for Dh.
We have never really been that bothered about the day, and we just have a family meal at the end of the day.
But Dh has been so good to me and has take really good care of me and I really want to do something nice for him.
But I don't know what , I can't do sex and Dh won't do it anyway cause it's doctors orders and he won't hurt me.
I could really use some ideas pretty please, thank you
Thanks

I'm getting DH a little chocolate hamper from our local deli. Brownies, truffles etc. not much money but nice homemade stuff.

Do you mean ST Valentines day?

What about a nice aftershave or something practical for him that he would like and use. Or how about a takeaway and a movie snuggled up with your DH and a nice glass of wine. My DH is taking me out to our favourite African restaurant and so he'll be getting breakfast in bed on Tuesday morning, while I sort out the kids and get them their breakfast.

Consulted DP and he says that if it couldn't be sexual (Blush) then anything that shows someone has made an effort to make him happy such as cooking his favourite food, a massage or buying his favourite album. Your DP sounds as lovely as mine so I am sure whatever you do will make him feel special.

I bought a mug for DP last fathers day with pics of DSS1 and 2 and (then unborn) DD's scan pictures. He loved it and would much rather a gift like this than anything expensive.

Sounds good, and he would love breakfast in bed and a movie snuggled up.
[Thanks]
