I have a bad back - excruciating to be honest. I also have a type of arthritis which affects my joints and it is playing up. I also have a cold, my period and feel unpleasant from the heavy meds I am currently taking to ease the pain. It will pass I know but at the mo I feel like shit.
AIBU to curl up in bed for the third day running with my 2 year old lounging next to me playing puzzles and alphabet games on the Ipad? I feel bad as she has missed out on her usual weekly groups due to my stupid body and I'm worrying about lack of sunshine as we haven't been out for a few days.
Am I being a bad mother? Can anyone suggest any activities we can do which doesn't involve me actually moving that much?
We have done art and drawing but the fact is the bed is the most comfy place for me at the moment.
