Talk about one law for the rich and one for the rest of us.
Just about sums up this rotton, corrupt echelon at the "top."
I and, probably most of you, sit there every month/year and worry about and pay our taxes on time, in full.
Makes me sick.

Can't seem to paste the link - all over the news.
Apparently the great Danny Alexander is investigating Ed Lester's (top Civil Servent) tax arrangements.

If any MNetter can show me how to upload links, will be grateful.

This?

This made me so angry. I owe the student loans company about £16k (had to take full loans as had no parental help with degree costs). Had I been 2 years younger (this was back in 1999) I would have got a full grant due to single parent and financial status. I have never managed to really pay that much off due to the interest and that's despite having a very well paid job until recently so it's still hanging over me.

I'm paying about £100 income tax on the £800 monthly wages I earn since being made redundant (not paying any student loans off though) and this amoral so and so dodges tax on his excessive earnings.

Why do the super rich pretty much get to control their tax arrangements while the rest of us just PAYE with no choice?!

I was also misled by thread title and saw Red Leicester (hungry) :(
