I have 2 boys who a 4(5 in March) and 3(4 in December) I split up with XH almost 2 years ago. He has always had them to stay every other weekend. He moved in with his now XP not long after we split up. She never liked the boys and throw XH out. He has been sleeping on the sofa or in spare room of one of his 2 sisters since August last year.
Every other weekend XH and the boys would go and spend the weekend at XMILs.
XMIL doesn't want them to stay anymore. So they haven't been to stay since before xmas. I do and don't mind, they are my boys and when I had them I hadn't planned to split up with XH. So I am happy to have them all the time.
But I am so fed up of listening to DS1 moan and cry as he knows it is because XMIL thinks he is too naughty and they wake up too early(only before 7 once a fortnight maybe)
XP did say they could go once a month but that seems to not be happening.
All they want is to go and have a weekend with their Dad 
I just wanted to vent a bit thats all.
