I wore stuff like that it the 80's (very flattering for a teenage puppy fat tum), you need very little dress making skills to knock one together, you could probably get the material for under a tenner. YANBU.

Dunno about the skirt but the picture itself is really disturbing. Too much photo editing perhaps?

I hummed and hawed about a wearable Valentino skirt in a charity shop for £3.99. Didn't get it in the end. Birds, you could make one by recycling from much nicer material from stuff in a charity shop It's acetate.

While I was in there a couple came in and the guy said 'yuck, dead peoples clothes!' I like to think it's clothes from people who have put on or lost weight, aside from the worn out stuff.
